  • I'm ready for Personal Training, what are the next steps?
    Let's begin with your Consultation! In this paid session, which goes towards your first training session, your fitness goals, current fitness level, any medical conditions or injuries, and any specific needs or preferences you may have will be discussed. This session is crucial for Coach J to gather the necessary information to design a personalized program for you. In this session: Be prepared to discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations. Be open and honest about your fitness history, any limitations you may have, and your desired outcomes. This will help Coach J gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs. You'll then review Program Options. Based on the information gathered during the consultation, Coach J will outline different program options suitable for your goals and needs. She will explain how her expertise can support you and what you can expect from the training sessions. After reviewing the program options, take the time to evaluate which one aligns best with your goals, preferences, and budget. Feel free to ask any additional questions or seek clarification before making a final decision. Once you have chosen a program, it's time to commit and start your training journey with the personal trainer. Discuss scheduling, session duration, and any other logistics required for your training sessions.
  • What is the PT cancellation policy?
    Client agrees there is no cancellation of services until client reaches three months milestone. All services after three months leave no obligation for client to remain with elevation fitness/nutrition and will resume agreement into a reoccurring month to month commitment agreement with a 30 day notice. If client terminates contract prior to 90 days of commitment, client must still pay the remainder of the contract until all debts are paid. Trainer reserves the right to cancel any training session and refuse service to any client for any reason. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the personal Training to occur, Client shall provide notice to Vendor as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Vendor has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Vendor will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the Personal Training, or should it become impossible for Vendor to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.​
  • When and how can I cancel my Elevated App subscription?
    No Contracts or Obligations: We do not require long-term contracts or commitments. You have the freedom to cancel your membership whenever you wish, without being tied down to a specific duration. Easy Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, simply access your Trainerize account to cancel. Continued Access until Membership End Date: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle or membership term. This ensures that you can continue enjoying the benefits of your membership until its conclusion.
