I’m so happy to have you in my healthy corner on the web! I am a U.S. Military Veteran and San Diego State University Alumna; Go Aztecs! I received my B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Fitness Specialist and Master's in Sports Performance from Point Loma Nazarene University.

My commitment to health began after I gained 25 unhealthy pounds throughout high school and before joining the military. After years of smoking, drinking, clubbing, and hitting those “all-you-can-eat buffets,” I decided to take charge of my future and committed to making health and fitness a new way of life.

I use my extensive background in movement, biomechanics, and strength and conditioning to help women, athletes, and individuals with injuries or performance issues.

As a former elite Olympic Weightlifting athlete, I dedicated my knowledge to helping serve others, especially my girlies.

After completing my elite weightlifting career, I became the USAW-U20 Assistant Sports and Conditioning Coach for two seasonal camps. During this time, several elite coaches, including Fabio Comana, Micheal Smith, and Scott Bracken, mentored me. I was also a head coach and gym manager at her local weightlifting facility.

In 2021, I finally decided to open Elevation Fitness and pride myself in being an active person within my community regarding health and wellness.

When not working, traveling, or relaxing, - I enjoy spending time with my family.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is that fitness and nutrition should be an integrated part of your lifestyle where you act and behave the way you do, simply because it makes you feel good.

I don’t want exercise or nutrition to feel like a chore for anyone... because it doesn’t have to be!

If we are educated on what we put in our body and how it affects us, we are more likely to choose better options and behave in a certain way.

✓ My goal is to change your perspective and behavior around fitness and nutrition by helping it become part of your lifestyle.

✓ I want you to fill your plate with nutrient dense food because it gives you energy and mental clarity — not because it’s “part of a meal plan”.

✓ Similarly, I want you to genuinely love exercise because it makes you feel strong and empowered — not because “you have to workout 5 days a week”.

✓ Fitness and nutrition goes beyond 12 weeks. The two are a relationship that you’ll have forever, so it’s important to me that we find what works for you.

At the end of the day, I want you to have the ability to elevate into the most confident version of YOU.
